The Dalai Lama once said "the purpose of our lives is to be happy" What happiness actually means is unique to each and every one of us.
It is my hope to help you trust the Love in all things ~ even in the challenges you face now.
With the use of Mindfulness practices I am able to assist the people I work with on a variety of life struggles such as; Anxiety, Fear, Self Love, Stress, Depression, lack of self love and so on but not all the people I work with have these struggles.
Sometimes we just want more for ourselves and our personal development. I am committed to helping people achieve the changes they so desperately crave for their own personal happiness.
We often are way to hard on ourselves and can't see our own brightly lite light that that shines.
I coach people because I too have suffered with various life struggles and have overcame many challenges and I genuinely care to help others do the same.
